Biography
Nicola is a senior engineer with over 9 years’ experience specialising in flood risk assessments and drainage design, in addition to river restoration, natural flood management and SuDS retrofit projects. Nicola joined Waterman in 2017 and forms part of the Hydrology team in Perth, providing technical expertise on flood risk, drainage and river engineering for a wide range of water-related projects in both the private and public sector.
Nicola is highly experienced in hydraulic modelling and SuDS design, as well as GIS data processing and analysis. She has also completed three CPD courses with the River Restoration Centre (RRC) covering advanced hydromorphology for river restoration and the practical applications of natural flood management in rural and urban landscapes.
