Biography
I am a computational molecular ecologist and bioinformatician at Biomathematics and Statistics Scotland (BioSS). My research interests centre around interrogating genetic/genomic data to understand causal relationships and feedbacks between eco-evolutionary processes and the environment, particularly in riverine fishes. Within that context I have worked on a number of applications of high-throughput DNA sequence data to address questions in fisheries management, and conservation of threatened species.
